Forenede Service and Propbinder Announce Strategic Partnership
Forenede Service and Propbinder have entered into a strategic partnership that will simplify and optimize property management for Forenede Service's employees, customers, and tenants. Propbinder is a digital tool for property management, administration and communication for 100,000 rental units. With this agreement, Forenede Service will meet the increasing demands for efficiency, modernization, and sustainability in property management and facility services. Propbinder’s AI-driven platform consolidates all property data in one place, delivering effective solutions that enhance experiences for customers, tenants, maintenance staff and property owners.

In Propbinder, both property owners, administrators and operations managers gain knowledge about the buildings' consumption and activities. This insight will be used by Forenede Service when, like other large companies, they need to report on ESG activities in relation to the EU’s CSRD.

The agreement between Forenede Service covers the more than 500 properties managed by Forenede Service’s property management division. The parties have entered into a multi-year agreement.
