As a Customer Success Manager, Christian guides clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new system. From software setup and customization to training and support, he meets each client where they are and tailors the process to fit their exact needs.

"No two customers are the same, and that makes the job exciting. Each company has its own setup, so I always customize the process to suit them. For me, it’s about making sure they feel seen and supported," Christian explains.

A typical workday for Christian includes client visits, planning, support, and close collaboration with colleagues across different departments. His priority is ensuring that customers feel confident throughout the entire process and receive the right tools to take full control of their property management.

"It’s incredibly satisfying to see the results of my work—helping businesses and knowing that Propbinder was the right choice for them. That’s what gives my job meaning," he says.
