With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Steffen brings extensive insights in customer relations, deliveries, and development projects, making him the right profile to manage Propbinder’s growing customer portfolio and ensure high customer satisfaction.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry
When asked about his motivation for the new role, Steffen expresses that he is passionate about making property management and operations as efficient and simple as possible, with a particular focus on digitization and process optimization.
During his time as Accounting Manager at By og Havn, his previous work on the development of the Carlsberg City District, and managing the largest international clients at Newsec, Steffen built extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. This experience makes him a valuable asset for Propbinder, which now stands even stronger in the further development of its platform and delivering the best solutions to its customers.
From construction sites to investor
Steffen’s passion for the real estate industry began as a child, when he would follow his father to construction sites and became fascinated by the processes behind building. He saw how a project could grow from an idea to a completed construction - experiences that started a lifelong interest in real estate development and management.
Today, Steffen is not only an experienced leader in the industry but also an active real estate investor himself. He has a deep understanding of what it takes to operate and manage properties—experience he now brings to Propbinder.
